In Q1 2025, Agillic had positive momentum in new clients, implying a return to growth in ARR from subscriptions, which grew by 4% YoY. Agillic also improved its EBITDA to DKK 0.8m in the quarter after reducing its cost base in Q4 2024. Agillic expects to report its Q1 2025 results on the 7th of May 2025. The same day at 11:00, Agillic’s management will present the results, update on market conditions, and answer questions in an online live event.

This morning, Agillic released its Q4 2024 results. This was followed by a management presentation by Agillic’s new CEO Christian Samsø and CFO Claus Boysen, who presented the results and answered questions from the audience. In addition to the 2024 results and the outlook for 2025, the new CEO gave an outside-in view, and what he sees as the future potential.  

Ahead of its full year reporting still expected to be released on 25th February 2025, Agillic's today published preliminary results for 2024, and set new guidance for 2025. The 2025 guidance indicates a more focus on earnings than on growth with new management in place.
