Kävin huvikseni katsomassa työpaikkoja Kempowerin ja Alpitronicin sivuilta. Kempowerilla on 10 avointa työpaikkaa maailmanlaajuisesti, joista suurin osa on uusia ilmoituksia, useimmat tältä viikolta.  Alpitronic on kooltaan ainakin kaksi kertaa Kempowerin kokoinen (1000–5000 työntekijää vs.noin 500 työntekijää) ja tarjoaa peräti 124 avointa työpaikkaa. Näistä suurin osa on kahden viikon takaisia uudelleenjulkaistuja ilmoituksia. Työpaikkoja siis on, mutta päteviä hakijoita ei näytä löytyvän. Tästä voi jokainen tehdä omat johtopäätöksensä. On mielenkiintoista nähdä, miten näiden yritysten menestys kehittyy ja missä koossa ne ovat vuoden tai parin päästä.

Alaisia kuunteleva, oppiva ja oikeasti välittävä johtaja. Toivottavasti myös tarpeeksi vaativa ja kykenee rankkoihinkin ratkaisuihin jotka ei välttämättä kaikkia miellytä jos firman paras sitä edellyttää. Symppis fiilikset. Hyvä alku.

Tästä rajoitteesta päästään vähitellen eroon, kun akkuvarastot yleistyvät latauskenttien vieressä. Suomessa nyt FAAST yrittää erottautua Kempowerin sekä Cactoksen akkujen kanssa arvolupauksena, että aina saa 150kW johdosta.  BYD:llä ei ole mitään ongelmaa tuoda heidän omia akkuvarastojaan latausverkoston tueksi. Lisää pääomaa tämä vaatii, mutta ehkä vähemmän kuin muilla, kun BYD:llä on vertikaali-integraation lisäksi oma laturi- sekä autobisnes lanseerauksessa tueksi. Uskon, että lämmönhallinta on autoissa hoidettavissa, mutta BYD sanoo jo akkujen kestävän 10C-latausta. Tämä on aika hurja steppi, kun nykyään 5C taitaa olla maksimi. Latureiden ja kaapeleiden lämmönhallinta on myös kohtuullisen haastavaa kuumilla keleillä. Kiinteistökiinnostustakin on liikenneasemilla, kun megawattilataus on sen verran erikoista. Ainakin megawattiluokan Vaajakosken ja Heinolan ABC-latauskentällä on lähes aina viikonloppuisin kuhina päällä, kun tietää saavansa hyviä tehoja. Toinen asia on huoltovarmuuden riskit. Jos tässä BYD vielä tekee laturiverkosta akuilla bisnestä reservimarkkinoilla, pitää verkkoyhtiöiden olla hereillä, minkälaisia riskejä tällainen tuo verkolle. Releasetukset ja markkinamekanismit pitää olla kunnossa, ettei tahaton tai tahallinen häiriö pääse leviämään verkossa.
